About us

Our design team has always comprised interdisciplinary, talented designers. Our strength lies in combining diverse competencies and design skills.

How it all started?

We met during our studies at the Faculty of Architecture, Silesian University of Technology, where the name “musk” was also created. We decided to launch “musk collective” during an internship in Amsterdam, but we eventually settled in Silesia, in Katowice. We have always believed that the form of collective project collaboration is the best path for us.

We gained experience working in design studios in Poland, the Netherlands, and France. In 2013, we received the “Young Creator” award at the Architektura Roku SARP o/Katowice competition.

The „musk kolektyw name”

We have nothing to do with the famous entrepreneur named “Musk.” Our name is simply an acronym created from the first letters of our last names, much like the band Bajm. We once won an award for having the strangest name for a design office in Poland. The jury was convinced that we had a problem with spelling.

The word “collective” is key to our name—it represents collaboration and co-creation to best address the given design challenge.
